Your responsibility is to book qualified strategy calls and convert outbound leads into clients through VS Media’s outbound acquisition channels.This is not a learning role. You must already be experienced with Upwork’s bidding mechanics and LinkedIn lead generation (manual or tool-based).What You’ll OwnDaily search & qualification of relevant Upwork job posts (podcast production, longform editing, repurposing, agency-level work)Manage Outreach campaigns and responses via our LinkedIn pagesWrite, customize, and submit high-converting Upwork proposals at scaleConduct discovery calls or book them for the CEO/sales lead (Calendly/Google Calendar)Manage and nurture Upwork leads (follow-ups, messaging, moving pipeline to close)Maintain Upwork reputation: respond to messages quickly, manage contracts, collect reviews/testimonialsTrack KPIs and report weekly: proposals sent, replies, booked calls, conversion rate, revenue wonImprove and iterate on templates/scripts based on performance dataCoordinate with operations to ensure deliverability and smooth onboarding of newly won clientsTargets & KPIs (initial 90 days)Proposals/week: 30–60 targeted, high-quality proposalsResponse rate goal: ≥ 10–15% qualified replies (benchmark to optimize)Booked calls: Minimum 6–10 qualified discovery calls/month within 60 daysClosed deals: Expectation to convert a percentage of those calls into paid clients; revenue targets to be agreed on hireRequired Experience & Skills$10,000+ lifetime earnings on Upwork — must provide your profile link and screenshot proof.1–3+ years of experience selling services on Upwork or similar marketplaces (agency sales background preferred)A good understanding of LinkedIn Outreach and Sales ProcessesClear track record of winning high-ticket, retainer-style projects (podcast/video editing, content agencies, or similar)Exceptional written English — you will write proposals and messages dailyStrong objection-handling and consultative selling skillsFamiliar with Upwork’s platform features: Connects, proposals, contracts, milestones, profiles, and invitesCRM or spreadsheet-based pipeline management (Google Sheets, Airtable, or HubSpot)Comfortable working with a CEO/Founder-led sales process — high-touch handoffs and close supportWillingness to overlap with Pakistan hours (PKT) for real-time client coordination and meetingsPreferredTop Rated or Top Rated Plus on UpworkExperience with LinkedIn Outreach SystemsExperience selling podcast production, social repurposing, motion graphics, or creative agency servicesFamiliarity with Calendly, Loom, Slack, Trello — our ops flowThis role is for specialists who sell on Upwork for a living — not for casual bidders or data-entry applicants.
