Job Description

Our client, a global healthcare and crop science innovation company, is looking to hire a consumable inventory controller. The Consumable Inventory Controller will actively coordinate the consumables and the supplying to the plant to ensure there is no downtime due to consumable supply.Key Responsibilities:Lead HSE efforts according to ISO 45001 and safety standards, focusing on legal compliance and identifying safety risks applying the HIRA methodologyParticipate in compiling risk assessments and job safety analysesActively record safety observation and near missesParticipate in 5WHY problem solving, identifying corrective and preventative actionsAdhere to all applicable legislation, safety policies and proceduresAdhere to requirements of legal appointmentsActively promote the safety culture and best practicesStock monitoring and management of all the consumables Maintain the product quality stored in the storage areasEnsure that all required data is put into the information system and required reports are made on timeRecord all daily movements according to internal/external customer needs, safety norms, and requirementsPrepare and document material transfers following established procedures. Maintain operational records as required by the QMS management & onePSS systemsEnsure compliance with quality assurance standards and management systems set by ISO9001Manage personnel to ensure excellence in housekeepingComplete documentation and reports regarding stock at the warehouse in a proper and timely mannerResponsible for the monitoring and control of inventory on a regular basis to ensure minimal variance between SAP and physical stockParticipate in/conduct weekly inventory stock countsUtilize company resources in an efficient manner to control costComply with goals set forth for quality, reliability, and costSupport the implementation of onePSS in warehousesManage operations through the production system platform onePSSSupport continuous improvementReceive all consumable stockCheck that the stock corresponds with the invoicesShould there be any deviation, report to the supervisor?Count all the stock ones a weekGive the count to the logistics coordinator every weekGive out the stock to the processingMake sure housekeeping is up to standardTake control of the two assistant consumable controllersTo be involved with stock countsRequirementsMinimum GCE Certificate Logistics/Warehouse Management Qualification is preferredMust have Forklift driver certification 2-3 years' experience in warehouse processes and management of inventory Prior proficient use of SAP software; QMS management & onePSS systems will be an advantageInterpersonal and communication skillsResults focused on ability to work on one's own initiativeStrong teamwork (flexibility to work across the areas and positively influencing others)Fluent in English Establish clear direction and making decisions on a timely mannerHow To ApplyPlease submit your resume our job portal to apply before 25th November 2025.
