Annie can answer calls, schedule overdue patients, complete tasks, and gives office managers and dentists the peace of mind that patients are being taken care of without the burnout. Although Annie’s foundation is innately tied to AI, the product is so much more. We pride ourselves on emphasizing the benefits of AI without the hype and building a product that delivers measurable ROI to our customers. It’s a tight-knit environment where every voice still plays a big role.  About The RoleIn this role, you will help us tell the story of a fast-moving product. You’ll own day-to-day creation of blog posts, new-feature announcements, and social content that shows what’s new and why it matters. You’ll work closely with the founder for context and move quickly from idea → draft → publish. What You'll Do:Write blog posts that explain features, outcomes, and customer wins.Ship concise release notes and product updates (posts/emails) to customers and leads.Plan and publish platform-appropriate social content (short posts or quick clips).Turn customer results into simple proof points and occasional case studies.Maintain a basic calendar so launches and posts go out consistently and on time.Review at simple metrics (views, clicks, saves/shares) and help analyze learnings.This is a hands on role and we're looking for owner who gets excited about that. You’ll spot opportunities, set the plan, and create the work. You'll have the opportunity to pitch concepts, draft, edit, and publish with the judgment and pace of a true self-starter. About YouGreat writer. Clear, concise, and persuasive. Creative storyteller. You turn product details into simple, compelling narratives.Self-starter & owner.
