Cybersecurity Content CreatorCompany: Cyber50 Defence ServicesLocation: Zaid City, Giza, EgyptEmployment Type: Full-timeRole PurposeOwn the end-to-end creation of high-quality cybersecurity course content and learning materials (videos, labs, guides, quizzes, slide decks) for beginner-to-intermediate audiences. Design with instructional best practices (ADDIE, Bloom’s Revised Taxonomy), ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.2), and package modules for LMS delivery (SCORM/xAPI).Key Responsibilities1.     Instructional Design & Curriculum·       Translate learning needs into outcome-based curricula using ADDIE and Bloom’s Revised Taxonomy; write measurable objectives and scaffold activities across Bloom’s levels.·       Map course outcomes to the NICE Workforce Framework roles/KSAs and reference ISO27001:2022 functions to keep content job relevant.2.     Cybersecurity Content Development·       Plan, script, and produce multimedia lessons (video, micro-learning, infographics, labs, knowledge checks).·       Build hands-on labs and case studies referencing MITRE ATT&CK tactics/techniques to teach real-world detection/defense thinking.3.     Packaging, Delivery & Accessibility·       Publish content to the LMS with SCORM/xAPI packages and basic learning analytics; recommend when SCORM suffices vs. when xAPI is needed.·       Apply WCAG 2.2 accessibility guidelines (e.g., keyboard operability, focus order, alt text, error help) across all digital materials. Job-relevant4.     Collaboration & QA·       Partner with SMEs, engineers, and SOC practitioners to validate technical accuracy; maintain a version-controlled content repository.·       Run peer reviews, pilots, and A/B tests; use learner data to iterate.·       Handle learner and candidate personal data in line with Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law 151/2020) when collecting progress, assessment, or enrollment data.Minimum Qualifications·       Experience with 3 OR 4 years creating technical training content (cybersecurity, IT, or adjacent), including scripting videos, labs, and assessments.·       Working knowledge of ADDIE and Bloom’s Revised Taxonomy for designing measurable, scaffolded learning.·       Experience preparing LMS-ready courses (SCORM/xAPI) and reading basic learning analytics.·       Comfortable using authoring and media tools (e.g., Articulate 360/Rise/Storyline, Camtasia/Adobe) and collaborating in English and Arabic.Preferred·       Exposure to core security domains (network, endpoint, cloud, identity) and SOC workflows sufficient to craft realistic scenarios.·       Certifications that help when writing and validating content (e.g., CEH, ITI).·       Experience designing accessible learning experiences aligned to WCAG 2.2.Key Competencies·       Clear, concise technical writing and storytelling·       Instructional rigor and outcome orientation·       Attention to detail, editorial quality, and accessibility·       Stakeholder collaboration (SMEs, engineers, product, HR)·       Data-informed iteration and learner empathySuccess Metrics·       Curriculum mapped to NICE roles and CSF 2.0 functions; at least two course pathways launched.·       KPI ≥90% lesson accessibility checks passed against WCAG 2.2 priority criteria.·       SCORM/xAPI packages deployed with dashboards for completion, quiz scores, and feedback trends.·       Positive learner NPS/CSAT and measurable knowledge gain across Bloom’s levels.How to Apply·       Send your CV and a brief cover letter to E.Mohamed@cyber50.ae.·       living in Zaid City, Giza, Egypt.
