Website Content Administrator (CMS)

Job descriptionAbout the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented Web Content Manager to oversee and optimize our digital content. You will be responsible for ensuring all website content is properly formatted, adheres to industry best practices, and aligns with our brand standards. You will work closely with UX/UI designers and back-end/front-end teams to create a seamless digital experience.Key Responsibilities:• Upload, update, and format website content (text, images, videos, and other media) using our CMS• Ensure content complies with established formatting rules and techniques• Collaborate with content creators to maintain consistency in tone, style, and quality• Manage website navigation, menus, and page structures via the CMS• Monitor site performance and address content-related issues promptly• Assist with CMS updates and troubleshoot technical challenges• Work with the UX/UI team to align website design with overall brand strategy• Coordinate with back-end and front-end teams to implement design updates and technical enhancements• Ensure videos and multimedia assets are properly formatted and optimized for fast loading• Use basic CSS and JavaScript knowledge for minor adjustments and troubleshootingQualifications:• Proven experience in web content management and CMS administration• Strong understanding of content formatting rules and techniques• Familiarity with various CMS platforms (WordPress, Magento, or other systems is a plus)• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesIndustryAdvertising ServicesEmployment TypeFull-time
