H&S Real Estate, one of the leading and most trusted real estate firms in Dubai, is seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Creator to join our Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in developing polished, brand-aligned content tailored to the Dubai real estate market.  Key Responsibilities:Produce high-quality visual and written content for digital platforms, with a strong focus on luxury real estate.Capture and edit property photos, videos, and walkthroughs that reflect Dubai’s premium real estate standards.Develop strategic content concepts to support marketing campaigns, project launches, and sales initiatives.Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across all channels.Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams to align content with business objectives.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and social media best practices within the UAE property sector.  Candidate Requirements:Proven experience as a Content Creator within the real estate industry (Dubai experience preferred).Strong photography, videography, and editing skills, with proficiency in Adobe Suite, CapCut, and related tools.Excellent communication skills and the ability to create engaging, high-quality content under tight timelines.Strong understanding of Dubai real estate marketing dynamics, luxury branding, and audience engagement.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.  What We Offer:Competitive compensation package.Professional and growth-oriented work environment.Opportunity to work closely with top-tier real estate projects and developments in Dubai.Career development and long-term advancement opportunities. Interested candidates may submit their CV and portfolio to hrassistant@hsproperties.ae
