Learn more at innermostglobal.com.The RoleWe’re looking for a Social Media Videographer & Content Creator with a knack for storytelling and an eye for detail. You’ll bring fresh ideas, creative direction, and executional excellence to our social and digital content — from short-form videos and product stories to long-form brand films and campaign shoots.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit short- and long-form video content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling.Creative Direction: Ideate and execute concepts that capture attention, foster engagement, and align with our brand aesthetic.Social-First Execution: Produce scroll-stopping, platform-optimised videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) while also crafting cinematic long-form content.Editing & Post-Production: Edit and colour-grade video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools; add graphics, captions, and sound design where required.Collaboration: Work alongside our marketing and design teams to develop creative briefs, content calendars, and shoot plans.Asset Management: Organise footage, maintain archives, and ensure file systems are structured and accessible.Skills & Experience:Proven experience in videography, video editing, colour-grading and storytelling across both short and long formats.Confident using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and CapCut.Experience shooting content with DSLR and mobile phone, including lighting, framing, and sound.Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and what drives engagement.Eligibility:You must hold a visa with permission to work in the UAE to be eligible for this role.
