Company DescriptionStarboard is a global leader in watersports innovation and sustainability — home to passionate designers, riders, and creators who share one goal: to inspire people everywhere to get on the water.We’re looking for a Content Creator / Photographer / Videographer to join our in-house creative team and bring the Starboard story to life across all platforms. You’ll capture and produce high-quality photo and video content for product launches, lifestyle shoots, events, and campaigns — both in our Bangkok studio and on the water around the world.🎥 What You’ll Do:Capture and edit engaging photo & video content for website, social media, and marketing campaignsWork on studio shoots for boards, paddles, and accessoriesSupport international events, team shoots, and lifestyle storytellingCollaborate with designers and marketers to deliver strong brand content✨ What We’re Looking For:Proven experience as a photographer, videographer, or content creator, ideally with a strong portfolio.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop; After Effects a plus).Strong video editing and color grading skills.Knowledge of lighting and studio setups for both product and lifestyle photography.Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision given a clear brief.Creative, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Willingness to travel occasionally for shoots, events, and testing trips.Experience in sports, lifestyle, or outdoor environments is preferred; watersports experience is a plus but not required.Experience with video animation is an advantage.Interest or experience with AI tools and content automation is an advantage.🌍 What We Offer:A creative, international environment at Starboard HQ in BangkokOpportunities to travel for global shoots and eventsFreedom to grow, experiment, and bring your ideas to lifeThe chance to work with one of the world’s most respected water sports brands, driving positive change for people and the planet
