Content Creator (Videography & Photography)

We are seeking a talented and self-sufficient Content Creator specializing in videography and photography to cover events for our clients in Lusaka, Zambia. This is a Hybrid Contract Role that combines mandatory event attendance for content capture (4-6 days/month) with remote work for editing and post-production.🎯 Key Responsibilities & DeliverablesEvent Coverage: Attend and expertly cover client events for 4 to 6 days per month. This schedule may include weekends and essential public holidays when events take place.Production: Consistently deliver up to 6 high-quality, professional videos and corresponding photo setsmonthly.Creative Content: Focus on dynamic event documentation, creating engaging short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks), and compelling promotional photography.Technical Excellence: Demonstrate expertise in post-production, including sharp editing, audio mixing, and high-level color grading and correction to ensure all visuals align with brand standards.Timely Delivery: Ensure all finished content is edited and delivered by agreed-upon deadlines to facilitate prompt publishing and campaign launches.Equipment: Must own, maintain, and utilize professional-grade videography, photography, and audio equipment.⚙️ Qualifications & DetailsProven portfolio showcasing high-quality event videography and photography.Proficiency in professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop).Location: Lusaka, Zambia (Hybrid role).Contract: Content-Based.Compensation: K4500 – K6500 per month (negotiable based on proven experience and portfolio quality).
