JJob Title: Content CreatorJob Type: HybridLocation: Lekki, LagosExperience: 2 yearsStart Date: ImmediateSalary: N200,000 – N250,000Key Responsibilities:● Create, curate, and schedule compelling content across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).● Develop and execute social media strategies to grow engagement and brand visibility.● Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain a warm and professional brand presence.● Track performance metrics using social media insights and analytics tools, and adjust content accordingly.● Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align social media with campaigns, product launches, and promotions.● Stay informed on trends, platform updates, and best practices in the gifting, lifestyle, and retail space.● Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to increase product awareness and drive traffic.● Build relationships with influencers, manage brand collaborations, and support user-generated content.● Provide monthly social media reports and insights to inform strategy and decision-making.Requirements/Qualifications* Strong understanding of major social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Buffer).* Creative content creation and storytelling skills with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and adjust strategies for growth.* Experience with paid ads and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics).* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.* 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in retail, lifestyle, or gifting.* Experience with growing and managing online communities, influencer partnerships, and content calendars is an advantage.* A passion for visual storytelling, branding, and creating a strong online presenceHow to ApplyInterested candidates should send their CV and cover letter to recruitment@owensxley.com.
