You’ll be part of an ambitious design team that’s shaping next-generation experiences used by millions across the UK every single day.What You’ll Be DoingCraft clear, human-centred content that helps customers make sense of their finances.Collaborate closely with designers, researchers, and product teams to bring ideas to life.Use insight, empathy, and storytelling to shape experiences across apps and digital journeys.Champion content design thinking across your squad and the wider business.Keep the voice consistent, warm, and trustworthy — across multiple brands.Continuously test, learn, and iterate to make every word count What We’re Looking ForYou’ll thrive here if you’re the kind of designer who asks why as often as what.Proven experience as a Content Designer or Conversation Designer in a multidisciplinary, agile environment.A portfolio that shows you can turn complex ideas into beautifully simple content — ideally including app experience.A strong grasp of plain English, and the craft to make even regulated content feel human.A data-informed mindset and love for user research.Experience influencing stakeholders and presenting your work with confidence.Familiarity with tools like Figma, and experience contributing to content standards or design systems.Bonus points if you’ve worked in large, regulated environments — financial services a plus!What’s in It for YouYou’ll be joining a creative, diverse, and inclusive team that celebrates experimentation, collaboration, and growth.
