Overview:We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as a Content & Digital Marketing Executive. Your role will focus on creating engaging content, posting videos, handling social media activities, and promoting our mobile application across various digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:Create high-quality written content, including posts, descriptions, captions, and promotional messages.Shoot, edit, and upload short videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content) for app promotion.Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase app downloads.Handle daily posting, scheduling, and basic graphic design using tools like Canva.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative ideas and content strategies.Monitor performance metrics (likes, shares, comments, downloads) and report improvements.Stay updated on trending content and digital marketing practices.Required Skills:Basic content writing and strong communication skills.Understanding of social media platforms and trends.Ability to create simple videos using mobile apps or editing tools.Creativity and willingness to learn new tools/techniques.Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, hashtags, analytics) is a plus.Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently.Educational Qualification:Any degree (Graduation completed or pursuing final year).No prior experience required — Training will be provided.What We Offer:Friendly work environment and hands-on learning experience.Opportunity to work on real marketing campaigns and content creation.Certificate of experience & career growth in digital marketing.Performance-based incentives.
