Job description:Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Editor (Digital Marketing) to join The Raw. team. You will be responsible for editing high-impact videos and photos for our social media platforms primarily TikTok and Instagram to increase brand awareness and generate product sales. If you're passionate about skincare, storytelling, and creating viral, aesthetic content, we want you on our team!Key Responsibilities:Video Editing for Social Media:Edit engaging videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using tools like CapCut Pro and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.Work closely with the team to repurpose raw footage into fast-paced, trendy content aligned with The Raw.’s tone (fun, educational, authentic).Add captions, transitions, effects, and viral hooks to ensure high retention and engagement.Edit both hard-selling (promo videos, product highlights) and soft-selling content (skincare tutorials, educational clips, creator collabs).Product Photo Editing:Retouch and enhance product shots for social media, website, and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.).Ensure brand consistency in lighting, color tone, and layout.Create clean and professional visuals using Canva or Adobe Photoshop for campaigns and digital ads.Strategy & Collaboration:Keep up with TikTok and IG trends, audios, and effects—translate trends into creative ideas for The Raw.’s brand.Collaborate with content creators, live hosts, and the marketing team to brainstorm fresh content concepts.Organize and manage content files and templates for easy access and reuse.Optimize content for better reach, engagement, and conversions based on social media insights.Requirements:1–3 years of experience in video and photo editing (portfolio required).Proficient in CapCut Pro, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.Strong sense of pacing, visual storytelling, and trend awareness—especially within the beauty/skincare space.Able to manage multiple content deadlines and adapt quickly to changing campaign needs.Comfortable working independently and within a team.Bonus: Familiar with shooting content using smartphone or camera (for behind-the-scenes or creator shoots).Nice to Have:Motion graphics or animation skills.Basic copywriting for social media captions or overlays.Interest in beauty, skincare, and lifestyle branding.Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, engagement rate, watch time).
