We are looking for talents with the aspiration to thrive in a rapidly growing business in the exciting FinTech space.You Will Develop compelling, on-brand social media content tailored to Thai audiences Stay on top of emerging social media trends and creatively integrate them into content planning and execution, to create viral moments Actively participate in content shoots, from planning to execution, to capture authentic and engaging visuals and videos Collaborate with the in-house creative team to bring content ideas to life Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement across all social platforms Possess SEO knowledge to optimize content and improve search engine rankings Proactively manage and engage with the YouTrip community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions Foster and create opportunities for user-generated content that showcases the YouTrip experience Analyze social media and SEO performance metrics, leveraging insights to refine strategies and improve future initiatives Requirements Minimum of 4-5 years of solid experience in social media marketing or related fields Proven ability to create branded content for social media that delivers measurable results Strong awareness of daily trends with the ability to transform them into viral content A blend of strategic planning expertise and hands-on execution skills Exceptional organizational skills for managing content calendars and cross-team collaboration Creativity and enthusiasm for on-location shoots and content production Basic knowledge of photo and video editing tailored for social media platforms Experience analyzing social media performance metrics and implementing data-driven improvements A start-up attitude: highly collaborative, entrepreneurial, and hands-on. Comfortable working independently when needed
