Role: Content Marketer / Medical Copywriter (Copy-led)Company: ContentClicks – Compliance-First Marketing for Dental & MedicalLocation: Remote (EMEA/APAC friendly; Poland / CEE welcome)About ContentClicksContentClicks builds compliance-first marketing systems for dentists, cosmetic doctors, and regulated healthcare brands across Singapore, Australia and the US.We translate AHPRA/TGA, MOH/SDC, HIPAA, GDPR and similar frameworks into safe, persuasive content (not legal advice, but we live inside these rules), and run social, email, outbound and content engines that drive real enquiries.The MissionCreate and repurpose content that is:Regulatory-safeDrives patient enquiries and trustCan be produced efficiently using AI as leverage, not a crutchWhat You’ll DoCopy & ContentWrite patient-facing content for:Social posts & carouselsLanding pages and websitesEmail campaigns and newslettersLead magnets/guides and simple PDF resourcesTurn raw strategy and founder/clinical notes into clear, persuasive copy.Ensure every piece is aligned with relevant regulatory guidance (we will train you further if needed).Light Design & LayoutBuild simple but polished layouts in Canva or Figma for:Social carousels and static postsSimple PDFs / one-pagersBasic email templates and headersApply a good eye for hierarchy, spacing, and readability (we have designers for heavy lifting; you handle clean, on-brand execution).Light Project ManagementOwn small content projects end-to-end (e.g. a monthly content theme, a lead magnet + supporting posts).Plan and maintain simple content calendars, ensuring deadlines are met across copy, design and approvals.Coordinate with designers, strategists and clients to keep work moving (chasing inputs, sharing drafts, tracking status).Use basic project tools (e.g. ClickUp/Asana/Notion, GDrive, Slack) to keep tasks organised and visible.AI & CollaborationUse AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Canva AI) to draft, outline, repurpose and ideate while keeping strict human QA.Work with designers, strategists and clients to plan and execute content calendars and campaigns.Must-Have Experience3+ years in content marketing / copywriting (agency, in-house or freelance).Portfolio with strong marketing copy for web, email and social.Experience with compliance-heavy, medical, healthcare, wellness or other regulated topics—or clearly similar complex B2B work.Comfort working with guidelines and guardrails (no wild claims; evidence-based framing).Confident using AI tools in your workflow while maintaining voice, nuance and accuracy.Comfortable in Canva - able to create multi-page carousels, simple PDFs and on-brand social assets from a brief; Figma is a plus.Some project ownership experience - running small campaigns, calendars or content projects, not just isolated one-off pieces.Excellent written English.Bonus PointsExperience with dentistry, cosmetic medicine, plastic surgery, medical cannabis or similar niches.Familiarity with AHPRA/TGA, MOH/SDC, HIPAA/FTC, GDPR/PECR environments.Past ownership of content calendars tied to leads, bookings or revenue metrics.Comfort creating simple visual briefs for designers (e.g. rough wireframes, moodboards in Canva/Figma).What You’re LikeYou enjoy turning complex or clinical information into simple, clear and compelling stories.You respect regulations but can still write creatively within constraints.You like owning a content calendar, not just random one-off pieces.You’re organised: you can juggle a few small projects, keep stakeholders in the loop, and hit deadlines without drama.You have a decent design eye – not a full-time designer, but you care about layout, clarity and consistency.You thrive in small teams where expectations are high and feedback is fast.Offer / PracticalRemote role with flexible hours and overlap with US / Singapore / Australia.Competitive compensation with room to grow.Long-term work across multiple regulated healthcare niches, with a chance to shape our voice and help us build better systems.For guidance, this role will typically sit in the range of 6,000–9,000 PLN/month (or local equivalent) for full-time, depending on experience, location and how much project ownership you can take.
