Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation & StrategyDevelop compelling content across web, social media, email, and print aligned with Odio HQ’s brand tone and objectives.Collaborate with the Editorial and Creative teams to generate articles, captions, campaign stories, and magazine features.Repurpose long-form content (e.g., features or interviews) into shorter digital assets for cross-platform distribution.Ensure all content aligns with marketing goals and reflects Odio HQ’s in-house ventures, and partner brand’s evolving brand identity.2. Campaign Development & ExecutionSupport the planning and rollout of brand and marketing campaigns across Odio HQ’s ventures.Write campaign copy, press materials, and promotional content for Odio HQ’s and partner brands.Partner with the Digital Marketing Specialist to optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversions.Monitor campaign timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.3. Social Media & Community EngagementDevelop and manage social media calendars, ensuring a consistent content rhythm across all platforms.Create engaging posts, stories, and visuals (in collaboration with the Creative Team) to boost engagement.Track audience sentiment and trends to inform future content directions.Support influencer partnerships, community collaborations, and audience engagement initiatives.4. Brand CommunicationMaintain consistent brand voice across ventures..Draft communication materials including newsletters, internal announcements, and partnership briefs.Develop scripts, blog posts, and video outlines for content storytelling.Collaborate with the Product Team to highlight new product features and launches through content narratives.5. Performance Tracking & ReportingMonitor key performance indicators (reach, engagement, conversion) and provide actionable insights.Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify content trends and innovation opportunities.Present content performance reports to inform marketing strategy adjustments.Key CompetenciesExcellent writing, storytelling, and editing skills.Strong understanding of digital marketing and audience engagement.Creativity balanced with strategic thinking.Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.Attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced, creative environment.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, brand storytelling, or digital marketing.Proven experience managing social media or brand content for a creative or media-driven organization.Proficiency in content management systems (WordPress, Notion, etc.) and analytics tools.Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite) is an advantage.Salary: N250,000 - N300,000/month depending on experience.To apply: Kindly send an email to jobs@odiohq.ca with your CV using the job title as the subject
