We need more offline marketing experience, not only digital marketing exp.Job OverviewOur client, a leading FMCG brand within the pest control and home-care industry, is seeking a Marketing Manager/Strategist with proven experience in the FMCG or retail market. The successful candidate will lead brand positioning, marketing strategy, and sales growth across multiple regions.This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong leadership in executing campaigns that resonate with the everyday consumer.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales nationwide.Oversee product promotions, pricing, and distribution plans to drive market penetration.Conduct market research, analyse consumer trends, and identify new opportunities.Supervise the digital and offline marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.Build and manage partnerships with retailers, distributors, and marketing agencies.Design go-to-market campaigns and ensure ROI on all marketing spends.Plan and oversee advertising, events, and brand activations.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in FMCG or retail marketing.Deep understanding of Nigerian retail dynamics and consumer behaviour.Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Experience managing budgets and leading teams.
