You will drive the content engine behind a fast-growing brand — not assist it.You’ll lead content production across all platforms, manage day-to-day posting, and turn ideas into premium, high-impact assets that match Fadé’s brand and audience.This is not a light job. It’s heavy lifting. If you can’t deliver at speed and at scale, don’t apply.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce, edit and deliver consistent content across all platformsTurn raw ideas, notes and voice notes into structured, compelling piecesMaintain editorial calendars and weekly schedulesRepurpose existing content into new formatsAnalyse weekly performance and adjust direction fastManage daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and FacebookCurate and schedule LinkedIn posts with premium business-focused storytellingDraft, prepare and assist in the weekly Boarding OS newsletterMaintain organised content libraries, drafts and footage filesContent Delivery RequirementsYou must deliver a minimum of 40 pieces of content per week, including:10 to 15 reels5 to 10 vlogs or lifestyle edits5 to 7 carouselsShort clips, repurposed edits and quote cardsDaily posting across all platformsWeekly analytics and performance updatesConsistency and speed are non-negotiable.What You NeedAbility to manage a high-volume content pipeline without micromanagementFast, clean editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut)Strong writing skills for scripts, hooks and captionsAbility to shape raw ideas into strategic, polished contentExcellent understanding of storytelling, brand voice and platform behaviourRelentless organisation — calendars, footage, drafts, assetsStrong analytic skills to interpret data and pivot quicklyHigh reliability, discipline and self-managementQualificationsProven experience in content production and video editingContent strategy and content writing experienceStrong asset and content library managementDeep understanding of social media platforms and analyticsExcellent communication skills and ability to thrive remotelyExperience with storytelling, brand voice and audience psychologyBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields preferredExperience in tech or AI is a plusPayUp to ₦350,000 to ₦500,000 per month
