We are proud to power Publicis Groupe's ambition to build the world's best global integrated production offering.OverviewLeading a team of content specialists focusing on delivering content to internal and external DAM and PIM systemsConducting 1:1 meeting with more junior team members or direct reports, overlooking their task delivery and helping to solve day-to-day issuesBeing single point of contact (SPOC) for content delivery and project/market management purposes for a particular clientPreparation and presentation of content audits and reports, summarizing conclusions, showcasing processes and ways of working of the project to the clientLeading weekly calls, discussing complex topics (even escalations), handling complex e-mail communication with client and solving project issues with minimal help of supervisorMonitoring and managing timings and project schedules - keeping the aligned deadlines, understanding potential blockers or issues, flagging to direct counterparts and proposing alternatives if neededEnd-to-end project management in accordance with the client's process and leveraging the aligned methodology (e.g. sprint approach, weekly briefs etc.), preparing documentation (briefs, sprint planning) and monitoring timed delivery processesEfficiently work with more than one client/project (leading at least a part of this project), replacing department lead on his/her responsibilities when out of officeBuild and maintain long-term relationship with the client QualificationsExperience in the advertising or IT industry will be an advantage.At least one year of work as a team or project lead.Experience in content management in any CMS system (Wordpress, AEM, Sitecore) and on Amazon Vendor Central is a must.Very good level of English (min. B2).Operational knowledge and knowledge of the client's organization: knowledge of processes, documentation and principles of cooperation on a given client/scope.Presentation skills - deck creation, presenting in front of client/bigger audience.Ability to work on developing new processes and solutions.Ability to organize work and build good relationships and efficient communication.Self-organization skills and proactive approach to tasks, independence in making decisions.
