Adecco Middle East is recruiting for an exciting Manager Content & Production Operations role with one of our prestigious client based in Dubai, UAE. We are looking for an individual manage our clients' corporate marketing’s media asset library (MAM) and production traffic so Social, Comms and Brand can find, reuse and publish content fast and safely; set MAM standards and retrieval, and run intake, scheduling and capacity as the single coordination point with external production agencies and the in‑house Content Creator, keeping the official library and log of files, permissions/consents, and sign‑offs.Position Title: Manager Content & Production OperationsReporting: Associate Director – Social MediaDepartment: Marketing Communications Job Location: DubaiDuration: 6 months extendableNo of positions: 1Salary: Open for discussionCore Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead on Media Asset Management (35%)Manage the centralised MAM system (Open Text) to efficiently store, categorize and retrieve CLIENT’S’s digital media assets (all sub brands included). Maintain taxonomy, naming and metadata standards; manage permissions, storage, backup and archive.Respond to media requests from Marketing teams and Business Units; fulfil quickly with secure links/usage notes; track SLA performance and request history.Update and archive outdated/irrelevant media; enforce version control, expiry dates and retention policies; implement best practice preservation for longevity and relevance.Train users and maintain how to guides; publish quarterly reports on asset usage, reuse rate, median retrieval time and compliance incidents.Oversee Content Creation & Media Production Projects (35%)Act as the primary point of contact between Marketing Communications and external production agency to enable seamless execution for non-social media production projects.Facilitate planning from ideation to logistics (permits, access, schedules, time/resource management) to keep productions on track.Engage internal teams and external partners to align objectives and responsibilities; keep all parties informed and equipped to deliver.Provide feedback/direction so agency produced content meets CLIENT’S standards and objectives; ensure final deliveries meet channel specs and editorial sign off.Intake, Scheduling & Capacity (20%)Manage and rank briefs; confirm scope, owners and due dates; maintain the integrated production calendar; publish weekly status and risk logs.Track capacity and enforce lead time SLAs; run weekly WIP stand up with Head of Planning & Strategy and Associate Director - Content; escalate blockers early.Templates, Reuse & Compliance (10%)Maintain reusable templates/presets (thumbnails, lower thirds, end cards) and drive reuse to reduce rework.Partner with Associate Director - Content on the “ready to publish” checklist, including rights/consent/licenses; with IT on security and backupMinimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/KnowledgeUniversity degree in Media Production, Digital Media, Marketing Communications, Broadcasting, Film & Television, Project Management, or a related discipline.Certified project or traffic management qualifications will be considered a plus.Equivalent professional experience in production operations, DAM/MAM or IT systems administration related to content management may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.Work Experience5+ years’ experience in production operations, traffic, or content management within a marketing, creative-agency, or large in-house brand environment.Demonstrated success in coordinating content production workflows - from brief intake and scheduling through delivery, storage, and reuse.Proven ability to manage or administer a Digital Asset Management (MAM/DAM) system, including taxonomy, metadata, permissions, and archival processes.Deep experience working closely with creative, content, and media teams to ensure timely, brand-compliant output.Practical knowledge of rights and consent management (licensing, releases, usage tracking).Exposure to vendor and agency coordination, project resourcing, and budget tracking.Familiarity with the UAE marketing and media-production landscape preferred; prior agency-side or studio-ops experience is an advantage.Skills and KnowledgeOperational excellence: ability to design and maintain efficient production and asset-management workflows, calendars, and SLAs.Systems proficiency: working knowledge of DAM/MAM platforms (e.g. OpenText, Bynder, Canto).Technical literacy: deep understanding of creative-production formats, file specifications, compression standards, and delivery requirements.Data & reporting: capability to monitor capacity, turnaround times, reuse rates, and compliance metrics.Process governance: skill in version control, metadata tagging, naming conventions, and documentation.Collaboration: strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to bridge creative, marketing, and IT teams.Organization & detail: proven ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.Language: fluency in English required; Arabic advantageousIf you are interested in this position, please click the APPLY NOW button for immediate employment consideration.
