Job Title: Marketing SpecialistLocation: DubaiIndustry: AutomotiveSalary: 15,000 AEDJob Purpose:Seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for the brand across both passenger and commercial vehicles. The role is responsible for developing integrated marketing strategies, increasing demand, supporting the fleet sales department, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the in-house advertising department, cross-functional teams, agencies, and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns, events, and digital activations that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.Key responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager, aligning with business objectives.Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities within UAE passenger and commercial vehicle markets.Support demand generation initiatives that increase brand visibility and drive qualified leads for both retail and fleet customers.Coordinate closely with the sales and fleet department to design targeted marketing campaigns that support B2B growth and corporate partnerships.Collaborate with the in-house advertising department to ensure alignment of creative assets, campaign messaging, and execution across all touchpoints.Plan and manage product launches, promotions, test-drive events, and activations for passenger and commercial vehicles.Implement omnichannel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, SMS, outdoor, and traditional media).Manage brand positioning, ensuring all marketing materials comply with global brand standards.Optimize digital channels including website, social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing to enhance visibility, engagement, and lead generation.Oversee website content and structure via CMS platforms to ensure accuracy, relevance, and optimization.Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics GA4, dashboards, Power BI, Excel) to measure campaign performance, ROI, and provide insights.Support sales teams with effective marketing collateral, promotions, and campaigns that align with sales objectives.Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor cost-effectiveness.Collaborate with PR, product, and creative teams to ensure unified communication strategies.Stay updated with automotive industry trends, digital innovations, and customer behavior in UAE.Prepare and deliver reports on campaign performance and marketing KPIs with recommendations for improvement.Undertake individual marketing tasks as assigned by management.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or equivalent3-5 years of marketing experience within the UAE automotive industryStrong knowledge of UAE automotive market dynamics and customer segments.Proven experience in planning and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns (B2B, B2C, fleet, events, activations).Hands-on experience with digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social, media planning, SMS/email platforms, GA4).Strong ability to manage websites and content via CMS platforms.Excellent collaboration skills with various internal and external stakeholders Strong communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AI and marketing tools.Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and thrive under pressure.Flexible and adaptable.Knowledge of SEO, SEM, digital optimization, and campaign analytics.Familiarity with marketing tools is an asset.Advanced data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, dashboards).Understanding of UAE advertising compliance and automotive marketing regulations.Experience managing budgets, ROI tracking, and campaign performance.Must have UAE driver's license
