WHAT'S THE ROLEThe Content Reporting Administrator (Finance) will be a key team member in the centralized Pay TV reporting team. The position will be responsible for the timely and accurate reporting for the Cable & Wireless Communications (CWC) Group, ensuring compliance with contract terms and CWC internal control procedures. The role will serve as point of contact for related content programming inquiries from external programmers, CWC markets and Group HQ.    WHAT YOU'LL DOPreparation of monthly subscriber reports for CWC Pay TV markets and reconciliation of movement from prior periods. Submission of monthly reporting to programmers following completion of internal approval process.Review and reconciliation of monthly invoices and statements from programmers.Submission and cost assignment coding of all programmer invoices.Coordination of timely payment to programmers with market AP teams. Ensure that documentation for withholding tax deductions are provided to programmers.Timely response to inquiries from programmers and regional markets. Preparation of monthly management reports and ad hoc analysis. Support the annual audit, budgeting and planning processes for TV Content. Adhere to CWC policies and procedures including SOX and GAAP requirements and ensure proper documentation is maintained for programming audit purposes.  WHAT YOU'LL NEEDBachelor’s Degree (Finance, CIS/IT, or Accounting preferred) / ACCA part-qualified or equivalent qualification.Strong analytical skills with Microsoft Excel experienceExcellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain data clearly and conciselyFlexible in meeting deadlines and responsibilities, especially during monthly reporting cycleAble to prioritize and multitask, while meeting deadlines in a timely manner
