If you love beauty/skincare trends, know how to make content perform, and can manage social media like a pro — this role is for you!🎥 Bonus: If you're confident recording short-form videos occasionally, that’s a major plus!✅ Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand and campaign goals • Plan and manage monthly content calendars across social platforms • Manage posting, community engagement, and performance tracking • Research market trends, viral formats, and competitor strategies • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for cohesive brand voice • Assist with influencer's collaborations and campaign launches • Track performance analytics and recommend improvements • Appear in short-form videos when needed (plus point)🎯 Requirements• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communication, or related field • 2–3 years of experience (beauty/skincare industry preferred) • Strong understanding of social media algorithms & trends • Creative mindset, strategic thinking, and attention to detail • Confident communicator and team collaborator • Comfortable on camera (plus point)
