We are hiring a Content Strategy Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact content initiatives for enterprise clients. This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, editorial development, and client partnership, ensuring that thought leadership, digital content, and creative assets deliver both brand authority and measurable engagement.As a Content Strategy Manager, you will work closely with clients to shape content narratives, editorial direction, and strategic messaging across digital channels. You will collaborate with content strategists, writers, editors, designers, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life—from initial brief through to publication and optimisation.This role is ideal for someone with a strong content or editorial background who is comfortable working with clients, shaping strategic ideas, and ensuring high-quality storytelling across multiple platforms.RequirementsRESPONSIBILITIESContent Strategy & Editorial DirectionPartner with clients to define content strategy, messaging frameworks, and editorial themesLead the development of thought leadership, articles, whitepapers, and digital storytelling assetsTranslate business goals into compelling content narratives for enterprise audiencesContent Development & ExecutionPlan and oversee multi-channel content initiatives including web content, LinkedIn thought leadership, reports, and campaign assetsWork closely with writers, editors, designers, and video teams to ensure high editorial qualityReview and refine content to maintain clarity, brand voice, and strategic alignmentClient PartnershipAct as a trusted client advisor on content strategy and storytelling opportunitiesLead discussions around content planning, editorial calendars, and campaign messagingPresent strategic ideas and guide clients through the content development processProject LeadershipManage timelines, workflows, and production schedules for content projectsCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are produced on time and to a high standardIdentify opportunities to expand content initiatives and deepen client engagementREQUIREMENTSMinimum 5+ years experience in content strategy, editorial roles, digital marketing, or creative agenciesStrong background in writing, editing, or content development for digital platformsExperience developing thought leadership, long-form articles, or B2B contentAbility to translate complex ideas into clear and compelling narrativesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsComfortable collaborating with writers, editors, designers, and marketing teamsExperience working in agency or client-facing environments is highly preferred
