Our content design work for SharePoint includes user interface text, first-run experiences, in-product contextual assistance and notifications, information architecture, user research, experimentation, help and support articles, and more. Responsibilities:Write and edit friendly, brilliantly clear UX copy with brand flairPerform functional and editorial quality assurance on content as appropriateUnderstand and effectively use our content model, content types, style guide, and brand voiceUse multiple sources of customer data to inform strategic content direction and improvementsIdentify opportunities for content additions, improvements, and reuse/repackage and effectively pitch those ideas to the team and stakeholders. Requirements:5+ years of experience writing end-user facing UX copy (applications, web, ecommerce, etc.)Proficiency with Office productsProficient with editing copy in design software like FigmaPortfolio of writing and content samplesNorth American English fluencyBA/BS degree in English, Communications, Creative Writing, Journalism, or other literary/communication subjectsNatural and inquisitive passion for modern technologyExperience working with Design discipline (interactive, visual, research)Experience with digital content tools/CMSExperience working with customer researchAgency copywriting experienceFlexible, versatile writing across form factors, subject matter, and audiencesSelf-motivated collaboration and problem-solving skills.Years of Experience required 5-8 years. Top 3 Must-Have Hard Skills:Experience in UX Writing for interactive productsFluent and articulate in EnglishWorked on Enterprise Products. #AditiIndia#25-23138
