Our goal is to produce the world’s best content on this topic, building a niche audience of founders and CEOs, which will benefit our core business.In this role, you will produce standout long-form pieces, interviews, analysis, newsletters, and thought leadership. You’ll work closely with the Senior Writer/Editor to refine craft, structure ideas, and tell compelling stories.This is a hands-on role for someone who is hungry to grow, strong on fundamentals, and eager to learn the editorial side of content creation.What You’ll DoCore ResponsibilitiesDraft long-form pieces: interviews, analysis, newsletters, and thought leadershipDraft shorter-form content: LinkedIn posts, article summaries, highlight threads, newsletter snippets, and research notes.Support the senior writer by preparing interview briefs, gathering reference material, and assisting with narrative development.Turn insights from interviews and research into clean, digestible pieces.Repurpose long-form articles into multi-format content for distribution.Maintain consistency in tone and quality across all channels.Contribute to the operational rhythm: scheduling, publishing, formatting, and maintaining the content calendar.Who You AreMust-HavesStrong writing skills with evidence of polish. This could be university work, blog posts, portfolio samples, or early career writing.Curiosity, initiative, and an eagerness to learn how to produce top-tier editorial content.Ability to handle feedback and iterate quickly.Strong organisational habits; able to keep a clean workflow and meet deadlines.Nice-to-HavesExperience in content creation, journalism, marketing, research, or communications.Familiarity with interview-based content or research-heavy writing.What Success Looks LikeConsistent production of high-quality writing.Clear support to the senior writer/editor that increases overall output and efficiency.A growing portfolio of published work across multiple channels.
