Here, continuous improvement isn’t a slogan—it’s a core part of how we operate.Job ResponsibilitiesLead Lean Six Sigma projects focused on improving quality, reducing waste, and increasing process efficiency across diverse production and operational areas.Analyze complex data sets to pinpoint performance gaps, root causes, and opportunities for cost reduction.Use Lean methodologies and Six Sigma tools to streamline workflows and enhance product reliability.Mentor and coach Green Belts and project team members to strengthen organizational CI capability.Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and cross-functional improvement meetings.Develop and track KPIs to measure success and sustain a culture of continuous improvement.Collaborate closely with operations and leadership to align initiatives with strategic business goals.Deliver clear presentations and reports that communicate progress and ROI to stakeholders.Experience NeededLean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience driving process improvement projects in a manufacturing or production setting.Proven record leading cross-functional initiatives that reduce defects and increase efficiency.Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills (Excel, Minitab, or equivalent).Excellent communication and leadership abilities—able to influence at all levels of the organization.Proficiency in continuous improvement tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and 5S.Experience with project management and data-driven decision-making.What’s on OfferSalary up to $150,000 + Annual Bonus20 Days PTO (increasing with tenure)Multiple low-deductible healthcare plansDental & Vision401(k) with 5% matchLife InsurancePotential hybrid work flexibilityFlexible start/finish timesIf interested, please click apply for immediate consideration!
