Execute Continuous Improvement programs for logistics operationsProject management of Operational Excellence projects within contract logisticsDrive, support and monitor the implementation of organisational and process changesDeployment of strategic initiatives in the area of process optimization and digitizationDrive adherence to Operational SOPs, KPIs and regulatory complianceIdentify gaps between the customer requirements and the logistics standard operating proceduresDeploy training and development initiatives across the logistics sitesCompetencies and Skills required:

Continuous Improvement and/or Operational excellence experience within supply chain & logistics Experience and understanding of 5s methodology and principlesProven track record of successfully managing projectsStrong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire teams and create a positive work environmentStrong analytical and conceptual capabilities Experienced in analyzing and documenting diverse business processes and workflowsExcellent communication and leadership skillsProactive, positive, enthusiastic and self-drivenBenefits: We’re strong believers in continual training and development for our people.
