Job Description

The Contract Administrator reports directly to the System Director, Contract Administration. Performs all tasks relating to the organization’s contract process of managing the full lifecycle of contracts from origination to archival from over eighty different hospital departments. Performs all tasks pertaining to the review, coordination, regulations, and policies and procedures for PIH Health’s vendor and physician contracts, ensuring compliance prior to contract finalization. Ability to draft moderate contractual language. Working to exceptional knowledge of corporate policies and procedures, coupled with ability to identify required improvement to established policies. Has working to expert knowledge of contracting concepts. Interfaces with department leaders and outside vendors, often under tight deadlines to complete contracts.
