Contract Team Lead

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Contract Team Lead role based in Cairo. The Team Lead will oversee daily pharmacy operations, mentor and manage team members, and ensure compliance with healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, maintaining inventory control, improving customer service standards, and implementing quality assurance measures. The role also requires collaboration with the management team to achieve business goals and maintain the highest standards of patient care.QualificationsLeadership: Proven ability in team management, employee mentoring, and resource coordination.Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care and support.Operational Expertise: Experience in inventory control, scheduling, and process improvement in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.Pharmaceutical Knowledge: Proficiency in pharmaceutical services, health regulations, and product information.Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Capability to address and resolve challenges effectively.Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a relevant field, with prior experience in a pharmacy or healthcare management role preferred.Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic are a plus.Managerial experence min.2 years
