Contracts Administrator - Industrial ProjectDesign & Build Recruitment is searching for a Contracts Administrator to join our client's team from project inception. Our client is a National head D&C contractor. They are building a large manufacturing facility for a repeat client of theirs. The successful applicant will be rewarded with a permanent position on a 3-year project.To be successful in this role you will have over 5 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator on large scale Commercial or Industrial projects. You will have been exposed to projects over $50mill. You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of longevity with previous construction companies.Your Experience And QualificationsRelevant Contracts Admin experienceConfidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and subcontractors alikeAutonomy to work individually and as a part of a teamExperience with head contract and subcontract negotiation skillsPrevious use of Jobpac and HammertechYour Duties and ResponsibilitiesContractual dispute resolutionPrepare subcontractor documentsMonthly preparation and presentation of project reportsProcurement; sourcing, negotiation and trackingFinancial monitoring and planningPreparing and presenting progress claimsStakeholder engagement and managementAdhere and value safety principles and practicesBenefits1 additional day of leave to take each month Above industrial salary packageExperienced Project and Site ManagerWork life balanceWork with a repeat client.
