In this role, you act as a key link between internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring that our procurement and contracting processes run smoothly, safely, and in full compliance with company standards.Your Role as Contract AdvisorIn this position, you will:Manage, negotiate, and administer complex, high-value and high-risk contracts, including purchase, rental, repair, service and logistics agreementsEnsure all contracting and procurement activities comply with commercial, legal, and HSEQ requirementsSupport contractor management to maintain safe, reliable, and incident-free operationsEvaluate and improve existing contracting and procurement procedures to increase efficiency and effectivenessManage material and service contracts across various operational areas (e.g. drilling, platforms, IRM work, project activities)Ensure timely approval and processing of orders and contracts in our systemsCollaborate closely with internal departments and external suppliers at all levelsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience13th-month salaryVariable pay depending on company resultsHoliday allowance (8%) and additional vacation daysTravel allowanceGreen bicycle planInternational exposure within the groupCompany laptop and optional phoneHigh-quality coaching and trainingSupportive colleagues and a professional working environmentThe opportunity to make a meaningful contribution in a key energy sectorWhat We Are Looking ForHBO diploma in a relevant field (e.g. Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management)NEVI/CIPS qualification is an advantageAt least 8 years of relevant experience in the petrochemical, offshore, or oil & gas industryStrong knowledge of contracting for high-value / high-risk projectsExcellent negotiation skillsStrong attention to detail and the ability to work independentlyAbility to solve problems proactively and identify improvement opportunitiesProfessional proficiency in Dutch and EnglishAbout Petrogas E&PPetrogas E&P is an international Oil & Gas company and part of MB Holding.
