At JouwWeb (and Webador), our mission is to help small business owners grow their online presence by giving them the tools to easily build a website. As a Customer Support Employee for the German market, you’ll help customers build a professional website or online store they’re proud of, while ensuring our product and communications feel truly local for German-speaking users. Day to day, you’ll resolve requests via tickets/email and social channels, improve help content, and collaborate with Country Managers, Marketing, and Development to localize our tool and customer touchpoints for webador.de. You’ll share customer insights that drive product and customer experience improvements. Your impact: happy German customers and steady growth within the DACH region.You will work onHandling customer questions via email/tickets and social channels with clear, empathetic solutions.Localizing product strings, help center articles, and UI/FAQ for the German market (webador.de).Adapting tone/messaging to German culture and improving customer experience based on customer feedback and data.Partnering with Country Managers and Marketing on awareness and onboarding for German-speaking users.Contributing to tooling & automation (e.g., Zendesk workflows, macros, chatbot improvements).Who We Are Looking ForNative or fluent German (written and spoken) and strong grasp of German culture/norms.A good proficiency in English is required (our working language); Dutch is a nice-to-have.Proficiency in additional languages, such as French, Spanish, or a Scandinavian language, is a plus.1+ year in a support/communication or related role; excellent written and verbal communication.You are open to working occasionally on weekends or evenings.Structured, hands-on, and proactive; you recognise yourself in our core values.
