EMA is based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Civitta, in cooperation with Driessen, provides Temporary Agency Workers to the Agency.We are looking for aMicrosoft Intune & Defender SpecialistRole overviewIn this position, you will support the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft endpoint management and security solutions at EMA, using MS Intune and MS Defender. You will perform analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation, while working closely with EMA teams and external partners in a dynamic multi-vendor environment. Your work will help strengthen the agency’s digital workplace capabilities.Key responsibilitiesImplement Microsoft endpoint management and security features using MS Intune and MS Defender.Carry out analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation activities.Work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of delivery practices.Support vendor management and ensure clear communication with programme managers and stakeholders.Education, experience and skillsUniversity degree (minimum 3 years of study).Up to 3 years of relevant IT experience.Experience with MS Intune and MS Defender.Knowledge of endpoint management, provisioning, and security (laptops, smartphones).Experience working with internal teams and external stakeholders.Familiarity with common IT tools and platforms (MS Office, teleworking and meeting tools).Excellent command of English (C1 level).What we offerFull-time temporary contract from 19/12/2025 to 31/03/2026.Salary between €4,812.17 and €6,970.17 gross per month, depending on qualifications.25 days of annual leave (based on a 40-hour week).8.33% holiday allowance.Pension from the first working day.Travel allowance.Work in a multicultural EU Agency with valuable career development opportunities.Engaging role with a healthy work–life balance.Regular training and professional development options.How to applyPlease apply through the provided link by 26 November and submit your CV along with a brief motivation letter.
