In this role, you will collaborate closely with fellow Supervisors and report directly to the Senior Manager of Distribution Operations. Key ResponsibilitiesTeam managementDevelop the team to work efficiently, safely, and to complete tasks within given deadlinesKeep the team engaged also during periods that requires peak performancePrepare monthly reviews of employeesActively communicate relevant information to the teamPerform employee administration tasks, including leading holiday and hour registration, and raise any exceptionsManage a team consisting of Team Leads and DC associates, being the first point of contactConduct performance reviews with the teamHandle absenteeismOrder fulfillmentEnsure the continuation of operationsAchieve order and quality targets, advancing when targets are not metEnsure communicated performance targets are accomplishedMaintain close contact with Team Leads who collaborated closely with DC associatesProvide updates and feedback to the manager of warehouse operationsPlanningLead all aspects of workload management and advance issues to the planning team when neededOverview staff planning and discuss performance and staffing with other operational leadersProject managementActively work on OGSM projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of our warehouseWhat We Are Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a comparable field3-5 years experience in a similar role within a (semi) automated warehouseGood written and oral English language skills; Dutch language skills are preferableWhy ApplyAt Crocs, we believe in nurturing talent and providing opportunities for growth.
