Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contracts Manager based in the Greater Bristol Area, United Kingdom. The role involves overseeing contract delivery, ensuring compliance with agreed terms, and managing client relationships in the social housing and public sector. The Contracts Manager will coordinate project teams, monitor financial performance, track progress against schedules, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. Working closely with clients and internal teams, the Contracts Manager will ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, specification, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong knowledge of contract management, project planning, and budget controlProficiency in team coordination, stakeholder communication, and client relationship managementExperience in supervising health, safety, and compliance standards in construction environmentsAnalytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detailFamiliarity with social housing or public sector construction projects is an advantageBachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferredValid driving license for travel to project sitesProfessional certifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, or relevant qualifications are a plus
