Founded in Johannesburg, CAP has expanded to 19 operational areas covering over 40 suburbs, reducing crime rates by 80-90% through innovative crime-fighting strategies.OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: o   Compile the necessary Octopus Logso   Ensure that all CCTV targets are meto   Monitoring of all Smart Guard Siteso   Sending WhatsApp’s to clients o   Routine Health Checks on the systems o   Identifying any technical issues with regards to CCTVo   Managing the intercom at various CCTV siteso   Making sure camera views and analytic views and rules match the field fileo   Monitoring Isentry o   Monitoring CCTV Client alarms on Oryxo   Good administrative skillso   Monitoring TeamViewer to see all sites are online EDUCATIONAL AND SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS: o   Matric certificate with university entrance would be an advantage o   Competent with the following software§  Milestone§  Listener§  Octopus §  Isentry§  Innovio   Ability to handle complaintso   Ability to deal with difficult clientso   Complying with all health and safety regulations o   Good communication skills both written and oral o   Previous CCTV experience would be an advantage o   LPR experience would be an advantageo   Live Person experience would be an advantage WORKING CONDITIONS: o   Reactive shift Pattern (max of 252 hours per month)o   Shift pattern is 7days working and 3 days off, 7 days working and 4 days off.o   The candidate will be subject to training for a period of approximately two weeks dependent on previous experience or ability to grasp information efficiently.o   Salary: this will be an entry level position and the salary will be an entry level salary.
