This role is responsible for coordinating with the control room lead related to monitoring/GPS tracking activities for the fleet. Recording the incidents/violations as per procedure and report to the departments concerned and persons. Key Responsibilities:Monitor real-time vehicle movements and driver behavior through the fleet management system.Identify and report violations such as idling, speeding, harsh braking, and route deviations.Generate and share daily and weekly reports on fleet activity, driver performance, and operational compliance.Alert drivers and relevant teams promptly in case of incidents or violations.Ensure tracking systems are fully operational, accurate, and updated at all times.Analyze reports to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.Communicate effectively with drivers, contractors, and internal staff to support efficient fleet operations.Qualifications and Experience:Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline1 – 3 years of Call Center experienceFleet Management / GPS Tracking / Vehicle Routing / Telematics experienceWaste Management industry experience in UAE will be an added advantageExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholdersSkills:Fleet Tracking & System Management – Strong knowledge of vehicle tracking systems, waste management platforms, and ERP tools (SAP) to monitor and manage fleet operations effectively.Analytical & Reporting Ability – Skilled in interpreting fleet data, identifying violations or inefficiencies, and preparing accurate daily and weekly performance reports. Communication & Coordination – Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly coordinate between drivers, and internal teams. Technical & Computer Proficiency – Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with fleet management software to ensure seamless data management and reporting. Proactive Problem-Solving – Strong situational awareness and a proactive attitude toward identifying issues, escalating incidents promptly, and maintaining high operational standards.
