Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-savvy Controller / Business Navigator to join our finance function. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring financial structures, insights, and processes support strategic and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate enjoys diving into numbers, challenging assumptions, and connecting data points to drive clarity and business value.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Structuring & Performance Follow-UpEstablish and maintain financial structures to enable accurate cost and performance follow-up.Conduct detailed variance analysis and challenge reported actuals, forecasts, and commentary to ensure quality and accuracy.Support decision-making by delivering clear financial insights aligned with global frameworks.Budgeting, Forecasting & ReportingCoordinate budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing cost follow-ups for Group and Service Functions.Prepare management reports that highlight key financial trends, risks, and opportunities.Ensure timely, complete, and accurate financial and management reporting in line with global standards and local legal requirements.Management / Service Fee HandlingLead an efficient management and service fee recharging process including calculations, recharging activities, agreements, and follow-up.Governance & Internal ControlsDocument internal financial controls and perform regular effectiveness reviews.Drive continuous improvements to enhance reporting quality and financial governance.Soft Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical mindset; ability to question data and own reasoning to uncover true root causes.Curious and eager to understand complex setups (engineering, IT, technical contexts).Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to operate at a high level of abstraction.Clear communicator and active listener — speaks when it adds value.Highly skilled with numbers, logic, and structured problem solving.Learns by analyzing patterns and identifying connections across data and processes.Ability to read instructions, understand frameworks, and apply them consistently.Requirements & Background4–7 years of experience in Controlling, Business Navigation, FP&A, or similar roles.Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost follow-up processes.Experience working within global frameworks and cross-functional setups.Familiarity with management/service fee structures and recharging processes is a strong advantage.High level of proficiency in financial analysis tools, reporting systems, and Excel.
