The Controller manages Greens Accounting Operations and ensures financial accuracy, allowing the business to make effective strategic decisions.HOW You Will Be Successful...Oversees that the organization meets the necessary tax, permit and licensing requirements.Collaborate with the Executive Team in establishing more effective processes and controls to ensure the integrity of a company’s general ledger.Oversee all financial control activities, including the review and analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers .Provide Executive Management with accurate and comprehensive financial information to guide effective policy making and financial strategizing. Summarizing budget trends, analyzing deficiencies and reporting variances to executivesTaking care of tax preparation duties or liaising with external tax accountants for tax preparationManages and develops Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams through our 34 fundamentals https://www.greenworldwide.com/fundamentals/ Oversees the specialized software related to the accounting functionsWorks closely with senior management relating to optimizing cash flowManages final adjustments to monthly financial statements and prepares banking reports.Other duties as neededWHAT You Will Bring…. A Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience Deep understanding of GAAP regulations, audits, reconciliations and financial statements. Proficiency in accounting software Proven analytic and problem solving skills Strong Managerial skills and the ability to manage people successfully. High attention to detail , which a strong ethical foundation and commitment to transparency and compliance.What we offer....
