Whether guiding property transactions or addressing legal disputes, the team is committed to supporting clients at every stage.Start Date: 01 February 2026Location: VDM Attorneys - Morningside, SandtonVDM Attorneys is expanding our Conveyancing team, and we are looking for a skilled Conveyancer to join our Bonds Department.Requirements: ·      3–5 years’ experience as a Conveyancer with specific experience in bond registrations·      Proven experience working with Standard Bank, FNB, ABSA, and Nedbank·      Comprehensive and strong knowledge regarding the different requirements and processes for each respective Bank especially in relation to acceptable FICA, bond documents and compliance criteria ·      Great attention to detail and accuracy, with a meticulous and precise approach to work, ensuring reliable and high-quality outcomes ·      Ability to work under pressure, manage high volumes, and maintain turnaround times and exceptional client service·      Ability to work on Lexis Convey and Online, Lexis Windeed, WebConvey and Online, E4 and Stordoc ·      A driven, passionate and hard-working individual with a sound work ethic who takes great pride in their workWhat We Offer: ·      Negotiable salary, based on experience·      A dynamic, supportive and professional work environment where team work is highly regarded·      Opportunity to grow within a prestigious and esteemed, fast-paced Conveyancing practiceHow to Apply: Submit your CV to catherine@vdm.lawDeadline: 12 December 2025
