Cook / House-keeper

Company A client with office in Victoria Island presently residing in Ogudu requires a COOK cum HOUSE-KEEPER, as described herein. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cook cum House-keeper to be based in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for the practical day to day task of food preparation, cooking and house tidying. To include, but not restricted to:• Preparing food according to specific local, national, and inter-continental recipes;• General tidying, cleaning and upkeeping of the house, to include: making beds; laundry and ironing; managing household supplies, and; restocking, and;• Others as maybe specified by the principal. QualificationsProficiency in basic cooking techniques, meal preparation, and knowledge of various cuisines;Skills in kitchen management, including inventory control and cleanliness;Experience with food safety standards and dietary intake;Strong organizational and time management skills;Effective communication and interpersonal skills;Flexibility to adjust to varying meal schedules and preferences;Prior relevant experience of 2 - 3 years in English, Local, and intercontinental dishes;Must be honest, reliable and morally equipped, as well as, comfortable residing in the principal's house;
