Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role for a Research Services Relationship Manager, located in Ife. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing business relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional client service. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining effective communication with clients and service team members, addressing their needs, and supporting financial management activities related to client accounts. The role also involves streamlining processes to strengthen customer engagement and satisfaction.QualificationsProficiency in Business Relationship Management and developing long-term partnershipsStrong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer ServiceExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbalBasic knowledge or experience in Finance and managing client accounts is a plusAbility to work collaboratively and adapt to diverse stakeholder needsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage
