Role Description We are seeking a motivated Cooperative Societies Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site position based in Rai. The role involves engaging with cooperative societies to promote and sell our wide range of products. Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, generating leads, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Representative will also manage product demonstrations, negotiate pricing, and meet sales targets while staying up-to-date on industry trends and our product portfolio. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients.Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and closing deals effectively.Customer service skills with the ability to address customer needs and inquiries promptly.Knowledge of the construction materials industry, cooperative societies operations, or similar sectors is advantageous.Self-motivation, time management, and organizational skills to meet sales objectives.Proficiency in relevant business software for data entry, reporting, and sales tracking.Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable.A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Kuwait as needed.
