There are many reasons to build your career at Carter's.How You'll Make An ImpactThe Coordinator, Talent & HR Operations provides essential administrative, reporting, and logistical support for HR systems, training, and documentation. This role ensures our manager-led talent model runs efficiently by maintaining process materials, coordinating training events, automating manual reporting, and partnering with HR Technology and Compliance teams to identify process improvements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.This role reports to the Manager, Talent & HR Operations and is based in our Buckhead office (4 days a week on-site).Process Documentation & Communication Support (35%)Maintain and update HR process guides, FAQs, and workflow documents to ensure leaders have accurate, current resources. Provide input and support for HR systems, including testing and process optimization. Assist in uploading and organizing materials within SharePoint, Workday, or other platforms. Draft and send HR-related communications under the guidance of the Manager or Senior Manager. Reporting Automation & Process Efficiency (25%)Review and automate existing manual reporting to improve accuracy and reduce administrative burden. Partner with the HR Technology and Compliance teams to identify opportunities for process efficiencies in HR operations and reporting. Support the development and testing of new automated workflows or reporting tools. Training and Program Logistics (25%)Schedule and coordinate logistics for HR training sessions, including Management Essentials, intern and executive development programs, and process change rollouts. Track attendance, compile evaluation feedback, and update training records. Prepare and distribute training materials, communications, and resources for learners and facilitators. Operational and Administrative Support (15%)Provide day-to-day support for LinkedIn Learning administration (e.g., content curation, usage tracking, user inquiries). Assist with auditing HR transactions and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy. Partner with HR team members to provide data entry, reporting, and general administrative support for ongoing projects. We'd Love To Hear From You IfMust have skills and experiences:1 year of experience in HR, reporting/analytics, training coordination, or administrative support (HR operations or retail environment preferred) Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools (e.g., pivot tables, charts, basic formulas); experience with Workday or other HR systems a plus Familiarity with process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Tableau, or similar) preferred or willingness to learn Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Make a Career At Carter'sCareer Development: Success starts from within, and we have several paths from which you can choose to enhance your career evolution.
