This position is responsible for developing compelling, full-funnel copy across all direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels, including website, email, retail, paid social, direct response, and performance marketing channels like PMAX. A primary focus of this role is to lead the messaging strategy for Carhartt Reworked, the company's recommerce initiative launched in 2023, emphasizing sustainability and re-commerce. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to craft on-brand, engaging content that resonates with consumers, supports brand growth, and drives conversions. Additionally, this role involves conceptualizing and contributing to seasonal campaigns, presenting creative work to stakeholders, and ensuring consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
