To further strengthen our team, we currently have an opening within our ICT Development Department for the position Core Banking Integration & Automations Specialist.Role DescriptionAs a Core Banking Integration & Automation Specialist, you play a key role in optimizing our banking systems. You integrate the core banking system with other internal and external applications, automate repetitive processes, and ensure that our digital environment remains efficient, secure, and future-ready.QualificationsIdentify automation and integration issues from the business.Analyze existing processes and make proposals for optimization.Design and implement efficient integration and automation solutions.Monitor progress and results of implemented proposals.Apply IT governance, risk, and compliance guidelines to all implementations.Collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement.Report to the IT Development Manager on progress, risks, and achieved results.Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.At least two (2) years of experience in the banking sector.Strong knowledge of Temenos T24, Power BI, Insight, Creatio, and experience with APIs and business analysis.Ability to translate complex processes into innovative and practical solutions.Proactive, results-oriented, and strong communication skills.Efficient in working with Lean principles, ITIL v4, and digitalization practices.Confident in independently implementing improvements that make a real impact.What do we offer?In this role, you’ll have the freedom to work independently in line with our organizational culture, with plenty of opportunities to grow within the company.
