Our goal is to be the best place to work, learn and contribute, and to provide exceptional experiences for our patients and consumers.About CorneliaCornelia program is a partnership between the Women’s Hospital, Launch Housing and Housing First, providing wrap around support to women who are pregnant and homeless in transitional housing for up to 12 months.About The RoleThe Cornelia Social worker plays a vital role in supporting women and their babies in the program through individualised case management and group activities.
