Job Description

Project TitleTo handle enrollment of New and Maintenance in ONEHUB, BIR and PORTAL, within 2-3 days SLA.Project ObjectiveThe objective is to support the IAM team in managing increased enrollment volumes during the migration period to ensure smooth and timely processing.Project DescriptionThis project involves deploying IAM project hires to support the Corporate IAM Team in handling the surge of eGov and Portal enrollment requests during the migration period. The additional resources will assist in receiving, validating, and processing client enrollment applications, encoding and provisioning access in CMS platforms, monitoring compliance requirements, and ensuring timely communication of enrollment status. By augmenting existing full-time employees (FTEs), the project aims to maintain service levels, prevent backlogs, and uphold compliance and security standards while facilitating a smooth transition during system migration.Project DeliverableProcess Enrollments (New and Maintenance) – Handle client enrollment requests and updates in ONEHUB, BIR, and Portal to ensure accurate and timely activation.Monitor and Update Online Transmittal – Maintain and update the OneDrive transmittal log to track day-to-day productivity and workflow status.Manage Access Resets – Process access reset requests promptly and send confirmation emails to clients.Answer and Coordinate via Email – Respond to client and internal partner emails, providing clarifications, confirmations, and updates on enrollment status.Address Routine Inquiries – Handle non-complex queries and client concerns related to enrollment efficiently and accurately.Report System Availability – Monitor and report the availability of the bank’s online systems, escalating issues to the Team Lead for proper resolution.Escalate Critical Issues – Immediately escalate concerns affecting daily transactions to IAM Corporate Team Lead for timely intervention.Duration of the Engagement3 monthsQualificationsMust have a Bachelors degree, IT course is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, OneDrive), Report creation.Core Competencies - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing data, good analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to handle multiple tasks under tight timelines.Communication Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to professionally respond to client and internal partner emails.Other Requirements - Willingness to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentExperience - Background in client servicing, banking operations, or identity and access management is an advantage but not required. Fresh Grads are welcome.
