Job Description

Prospect and qualify new leads / Accounts. Generate new prospect leads and new accounts over the telephone and face to face or any other methods Schedule meetings according to deal needs with prospects outside the company. Track all sales and acquisition activities on the system and ensure all accounts are updated regularly. Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers Meet and exceed quotas within the agreed-on time frame Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines. Develop and promote monthly and quarterly sales objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree. At least 7 years proven track record in B2B sales / deals acquisition preferred at financial services, fin-tech.. An excellent communicator and well-organized person Ability to build relationships easily on the phone and face to face. Business development ideas and ability to find new business. Organizational skills including prioritizing, time management and meeting deadlines. Dealing with senior executives to board level. Has desire and commitment to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and computer skills. Able to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment. Must be self-motivated, ambitious, well organized, and hard worker person Excellent appearance. Fluent English. Own a car is a must.
